Microsoft Bookings integrations: Zoom, CRMs, Zapier

What connects to Microsoft Bookings: Outlook and Teams natively; Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Google Calendar, Zapier and analytics by workaround.

Last updated 11 sources

Microsoft Bookings integrates natively with only two things: the Outlook calendars of your staff, and Microsoft Teams for online meetings. Everything else, including Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Google Calendar, Zapier, payments and website analytics, connects through the Power Automate connector, the Microsoft Graph Bookings API, or a manual workaround, as of October 2026. There is no add-in store for Bookings and no webhooks to subscribe to.

"Native" here means configured inside Bookings with no flow, code or other product. Everything marked No needs one of those, or a manual step such as pasting a link.

Outlook and Teams#

Bookings is built on an Exchange mailbox, which is why these two work without setup. Each staff member's Microsoft 365 calendar feeds availability when Events on Microsoft 365 calendar affect availability is on, and the staff member has shared at least Can view when I'm busy with the organization. Staff from outside your tenant can't share free/busy at all.

For meetings, the service article on Microsoft Learn still says Add online meeting creates a Teams "or Skype" link "depending on which one you configure as the default client for the staff member", and "strongly" recommends Teams as the default. The full chapter on meeting links, lobby behaviour and Teams Premium is Teams meetings and virtual appointments.

Video tools other than Teams#

Bookings has no setting for Zoom or any other meeting service. The Power Automate connector page lists "Booking a Zoom meeting along with an appointment" as an example scenario, which is a flow you build yourself, not a built-in option. The two workarounds and where each breaks are in Can Microsoft Bookings use Zoom instead of Teams?. The fixed-link workaround applies to any video tool that gives you a reusable meeting link.

CRMs#

No CRM integrates with Bookings directly. The supported route is a Power Automate flow on the Bookings triggers, and every CRM connector you'd pair it with is Premium in Power Automate: Microsoft Dataverse (for Dynamics 365), Salesforce, and HubSpot CRM, which is maintained by independent publishers rather than HubSpot or Microsoft. The example Microsoft gives names the Dynamics 365 Sales Insights connector; the CRM guide uses Dataverse, which writes the contact and activity records themselves. Which CRM route fits, and the alternatives to Power Automate, are covered in sending Bookings to HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics. If your team lives in HubSpot, Bookings vs HubSpot Meetings is worth reading first.

Automation platforms#

As of October 2026 Zapier has no Microsoft Bookings app, and we found no Microsoft Bookings app in Make's or n8n's integration directories. All three can still be fed: a Power Automate flow forwards the trigger payload over HTTP, or an Outlook calendar trigger watches staff calendars. The trade-offs, including what the calendar route loses, are in the Zapier options. Graph change notifications don't cover Bookings, so there's no event to subscribe to directly; see Bookings webhooks.

Choosing a route#

Doing this with BookingsXP#

If the bookings you care about come from your website, BookingsXP can embed your Bookings page with a booking widget and report each confirmed booking to GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn from your own page, with the campaign source written into the booking notes. With Store bookings on, it also sends signed webhooks to Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or a CRM endpoint, without the Bookings Administrator role or a connector flow. It only sees bookings made through the widget, and it doesn't create Zoom meetings, take payments or sync calendars. BookingsXP is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
