BookingsXP is live
BookingsXP is available to everyone. It works alongside Microsoft Bookings: bookings still land in Outlook and Teams, and Microsoft still sends the invites and reminders. BookingsXP adds a booking widget for your website, conversion tracking and the source of every booking.
- Booking widget for any website, set up by pasting your public Microsoft Bookings page link. No Microsoft sign-in, admin consent or Graph permissions.
- Seven templates: Classic, Compact, Next available, Split, Week view, Guided and Service cards, with accent colour, light and dark themes and full styling on paid plans.
- Inline, popup and floating-button embeds, a hosted booking page at /book/<widget ID>, prefill for name, email, phone and notes, and times shown in the visitor's time zone.
- Packages for React, Vue, Svelte and Astro, and a WordPress plugin.
- Funnel events to your page's dataLayer, GA4 events, Google Ads conversions with enhanced conversions (the email is SHA-256 hashed in the visitor's browser), Meta Pixel and LinkedIn conversions.
- UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, referrer and landing page written into the booking notes in Microsoft Bookings, with a BXP reference on each booking.
- A cookieless analytics dashboard with anonymous funnel counts by page, channel and campaign.
- Optional Store bookings setting per widget, off by default: a bookings list, CSV export on Pro and Business, and erase-by-email for data-subject requests.
- Signed webhooks (BookingsXP-Signature, HMAC-SHA256) and Microsoft Teams and Slack alerts for new bookings.
- REST API on the Business plan, with keys stored only as a hash.
- Plans: Free ($0, one widget, no card), Pro ($19 a month or $190 a year, five widgets, 14-day trial with no card) and Business ($49 a month or $490 a year, 50 widgets).
