For Microsoft 365 teams that take bookings on their website

Keep Microsoft Bookings. Add what it's missing.

A booking widget that looks like your website, conversion tracking for GA4, Google Ads and Meta, and the ad source of every booking written into Microsoft Bookings. No Microsoft sign-in, no admin consent.

Free plan · no card · works with the Microsoft 365 you already pay for

Live demo · fictional clinic

Classic · Month calendar beside the day's times — the layout visitors already know.

The real widget on a fictional clinic. Book a time to watch the events arrive; nothing reaches a real calendar.

Complements, never replaces

Microsoft stays the system of record.

Nothing moves out of Microsoft 365. BookingsXP sits in front of your Bookings page, on your website, and fills the gaps around it.

  1. Your website
  2. BookingsXP widget
  3. Microsoft Bookings
  4. Outlook & Teams

Stays in Microsoft Bookings

Your system of record does not move.

  • Services, staff and availability
  • The appointment itself, in Outlook and Teams
  • Confirmation emails, invites and reminders
  • Teams meeting links
  • Cancel and reschedule links
  • Your Microsoft 365 licences and admin settings

BookingsXP adds

What Bookings has never had.

  • A widget on your own site, in 7 templates and your colours
  • Funnel events for Tag Manager and GA4
  • Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn conversions
  • UTM, click IDs and landing page in the booking notes
  • A cookieless analytics dashboard
  • Webhooks, Teams and Slack alerts, CSV and API

What you get

Three things Microsoft Bookings doesn't do.

01 · Widget

A booking page that belongs on your site.

Paste your public Bookings link. No Microsoft sign-in, no admin consent, no Graph permissions to approve.

  • 7 templates: Classic, Compact, Next available free; Split, Week view, Guided, Service cards on Pro
  • Inline, popup button or floating button; iframe fallback
  • React, Vue, Svelte, Astro components and a WordPress plugin
  • Prefill name, email, phone and notes from your page
  • Times in the visitor's time zone; resizes to fit
The embed widget

02 · Tracking & attribution

Know which campaign booked the meeting.

The widget runs on your page, so your own tags see every step, and the source travels into Microsoft Bookings with the booking.

  • dataLayer events for every step, from view to booking
  • GA4 generate_lead on every booking, on every plan
  • Google Ads with enhanced conversions, Meta Schedule, LinkedIn (Pro)
  • UTM, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, referrer and landing page in the booking notes
  • Thank-you page redirect with the booking reference
Tracking & analytics

03 · Data & webhooks

Bookings where your team works. Only if you want.

Off by default: BookingsXP keeps anonymous funnel counts and no names or emails. Switch on “Store bookings” per widget when you need more.

  • Signed webhooks for Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate and CRMs
  • Microsoft Teams and Slack alerts for new bookings
  • Delivery log with automatic retries over about two hours
  • Searchable bookings, CSV export and erase-by-email
  • REST API on Business
Webhooks & data

Tracking & attribution

See which ads turn into booked meetings.

Microsoft Bookings has no analytics setting and no way to add your tags. The Microsoft Q&A thread asking for it has more than 70 people with the same question and has been unanswered since 2020. The widget closes that gap in two places.

How tracking & attribution work

Set up

Paste a link. Pick a template. Paste one line.

  1. 1

    Paste your Bookings link

The public link from your Bookings page. BookingsXP reads services, staff and open times from it.

  2. 2

    Pick a template

Seven layouts. Set your accent colour, light or dark, and which services to show.

  3. 3

    Paste one line

A script tag and one element, or the WordPress plugin, or a React, Vue, Svelte or Astro component.

Your page · HTML
<script src="https://bookingsxp.com/embed/v1.js" async></script>
<bookingsxp-widget widget="w_8fk2m1qz"></bookingsxp-widget>

Popup and floating buttons, prefill and thank-you redirects are attributes on the same element. Read the quickstart.

Privacy

Stores nothing unless you switch it on.

By default BookingsXP keeps anonymous funnel counts, not people. The booking goes to Microsoft; the name and email pass through to create it and are not kept.

Security & data
No cookies
The widget sets none. First-touch attribution lives in the visitor's own browser for 90 days.
Global Privacy Control
Honoured. Visitors who send it are counted without campaign details.
Hashed in the browser
Enhanced conversions send Google a SHA-256 hash, computed on the visitor's device.
Your call, per widget
Turn on “Store bookings” for webhooks and a bookings list; erase by email any time.
No tenant access
No Microsoft sign-in, admin consent or mailbox access. Only your public booking page.

Pricing

Free for one widget. Pay when you run ads.
