Profile, photo and hosted page design
Add a photo, bio, highlights and links to a BookingsXP widget, pick a hosted page layout, and upload your own logo or cover image.
Microsoft Bookings shows a name and, on shared pages, a logo. It has no photo, bio or "what to expect" for the person being booked, and "Bookings with me" pages have no picture at all. In BookingsXP each widget has a Profile & page tab in its editor for that.
Profile#

Photos are cropped square, resized and re-encoded when you upload them, which removes camera details and location data. JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF are accepted; SVG isn't. You can show the photo as a circle, a rounded square or a square.
The Profile template#
Profile is a widget template made for one person: the photo, name, bio, highlights and links sit beside the calendar and times, and stack on phones. It is on every plan. Widgets made from a "Bookings with me" link start on it.
Hosted page layouts#
Your hosted page (bookingsxp.com/book/your-name) has four layouts:
- Card — the widget centred on a soft background.
- Profile — photo, bio, highlights and links beside the calendar. The default for "Bookings with me".
- Cover (Pro) — a wide cover image with your photo or logo over it.
- Split (Pro) — a full-height panel in your accent colour with your story, the calendar alongside.
Pick a soft tint, plain or dark background, and set the search title and description used when search indexing is on. Switch the editor preview to Page to see the page as visitors will.
Your own logo#
Under Design → Header you can upload a logo to replace the one from your Bookings page, which Microsoft often shows small or blurry. Set it once under Workspace defaults to use it on every widget.
Removing images#
Remove takes an image off the widget straight away. Images no widget uses any more are deleted within a couple of days.
